Antiperspirants are a great support against sweating. However, they can also be a cause of troubles because they leave traces on our clothes. But don’t hurry to throw away your clothes or take them for expensive dry cleaning.

Important: Before applying any of these methods to your clothes, test them first on a small piece of the particular fabric.

7. Salt

This method helps to remove old stains that are set in the fabric. It is safe for both white and colored clothes.

Take a bit of salt, wet the part of the fabric which is stained, and scatter the salt on it. Leave it there for 8-12 hours or overnight. Then wet it once again, and add some more salt. Slightly rub the fabric. After such “peeling,” put the clothes inside the washing machine, and choose the necessary washing cycle. Cool stuff, cool stuff, cool stuff

6. Vinegar

Wet the stain with vinegar, and leave it overnight. In the morning, wash the clothes as usual. This method can save colored clothes as well as wool and other natural fabrics. Cool stuff, cool stuff, cool stuff

However, it is better to avoid applying vinegar to white clothes as it can become yellowish. To make it right, you can use the whitening recipe in this link.
